Virgin Records have published a press release about the FEEL IT BOY video which will be aired at the end of July:

A sun-drenched tropical beach. Beautiful people sipping cold drinks and bronzing themselves everywhere as the sound of a hot, new Neptunes track wafts through the summer air. What could be better? How about a bikini-clad Janet Jackson stretched out on a beach-towel, singing the hook to your latest hit single. No, reggae don Beenie Man isn’t dreaming. He’s on the set of his new video for “Feel It Boy,” the highly-anticipated first single from his forthcoming Virgin Records release, Tropical Storm.

The Grammy-winning team of Beenie Man and Janet Jackson recently finished filming the video for “Feel It Boy” with visionary director Dave Meyers (Britney Spears, Ja Rule, etc.) behind the lens. Shot on-location in Malibu, the video’s beach setting and party vibe are the perfect compliment to the sunny, upbeat track from the hitmaking duo The Neptunes and an airy, irresistible hook from Janet.

Amidst a sea of sunbathers gathered on an impossibly beautiful beach, Beenie and Janet turn up the temperature, their sparkling performances matching Meyers’ colourful, visually stunning images. With the “Feel It Boy” video set to premier at the end of July, the single already blazing the airwaves nationwide, and Tropical Storm dropping on August 20th, the king of dancehall is bringing the heat this summer. Already an international star, Beenie Man is poised to take his career to the next level.

All of the Would You Mind victims that are featured on the DVD are now online. Check out all of them to see their reactions and make sure you watch the Phoenix victim who is so lively that Janet even stops singing the song!

Teenmusic.com reports: R&B starlet Christina Milian found it easy to stay calm when she met a-listers Jennifer Lopez and Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs – but became totally star-struck when she met Janet Jackson.

The singer, 20, remained silent when she met the pop legend, before finally bursting into tears.

Christina says, “I think the most star-struck I’ve been was by Janet Jackson. I was in shock when I met her. I couldn’t say a word.”

“She said she’d seen me on television and congratulated me, wishing me good luck. I was so nervous and happy that when she walked away I cried solidly for 30 minutes, then called all my friends.”

Be warned though…If you don’t want to spoil the extra features for when you buy the DVD then you shouldn’t download our files. But seeing as most of you can’t wait, they are here if you want them. We will feature WOULD YOU MIND performances from the following shows: Washington DC (18 August 2001), Grand Rapids MI (30 January 2002), Buffalo NY (10 August 2001), Charlotte NC (21 October 2001) and Phoeniz AZ (27 September 2001).
