Further dates for Janet Jackson’s Unbreakable tour have been unveiled on her official website.
The tour adds another 27 dates to the schedule and takes in more cities in North America.
Fans who pre-order the album on Janet’s official website receive presale access for premium seating beginning July 14 at 10:00 a.m. until July 19 at 10:00 p.m. before tickets are available to the public.
Alongside the announcement, Janet also announced a special experience for fans that purchase her music. In a press release, it’s noted that “Janet believes that music is the livelihood of not only the artist but also songwriters, studio musicians, back-up singers, producers, editors, engineers, stage hands, road crew, tour managers and more. By purchasing music, fans are showing their support for the industry as a whole, and for everyone involved in bringing music to life both in the studio and live on tour.”
A separate announcement added further detail to the news, saying that “music owners receive a special code giving them VIP ticket access, eligibility for backstage views, private glimpses of JANET’s awards, memorabilia, costumes and never before seen private photographs as well as the opportunity to get private messages to JANET before and after each show. This unprecedented access to the live event has never been attempted for music owners, who in JANET’s eyes are extraordinary, generous and loving.”
American Express® Card Members can purchase tickets before the general public beginning Tuesday, July 14 at 10:00 a.m. local through Sunday, July 19 at 10:00 p.m. local.
Stops outside North America have yet to be released but they are expected to follow in the coming months. Janet previously confirmed that the tour would be a world tour.
